About Your Therapist
Pregnancy and the transition into parenthood can bring profound joy, but they can also come with anxiety, depression, identity shifts, and relationship strain. Many parents find themselves overwhelmed by expectations, changes in their relationships, or the weight of caring for a new life while trying to stay connected to themselves.
I specialize in supporting individuals and couples navigating pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, pregnancy loss, and the emotional and relational challenges that can arise during this season of life. I have additional training in perinatal and postpartum mental health through Postpartum Support International and Touchstone Institute and am passionate about helping parents navigate life transitions, role changes within partnerships, and the complexities of growing a family.
In our work together, we’ll create a safe, non-judgmental space to explore what you’re carrying. Together we can process difficult emotions, strengthen relationships, and move toward greater balance, clarity, and peace.
Perhaps you’ve noticed a shift in your sense of identity since becoming a parent, or strain and disconnection in your relationship. You might find yourself caught in cycles of worry, guilt, or intrusive thoughts, or carrying grief after infertility, pregnancy loss, or infant loss. Many parents also feel uncertain about how to adjust to the many emotional and relational changes that come with this season of life. If any of this resonates with you, you’re not alone. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, process your experiences, and find steadiness and support as you navigate this transition.
